Safari Update
My Safari browser on my iPad Air is not updating, I’ve have had IPad since 2014, I find it easy to use but at present cannot replace. I prefer
safari to other browsers

The most up-to-date version of Safari is included with the latest version of iPadOS. To find and install any updates or upgrades that are available for your device use these steps: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
If you cannot update further, you may need to seek a third party web browser or consider updating your iPad using the Apple Trade In program: Apple Trade In - Apple
