Quietly notifying emergency contacts using Apple watch

Hi, is there a way to quietly notify emergency contacts using Apple Watch?

Having being a victim of an attack I know how important this can be. Calling Emergency SOS by long press of a button is helpful but all the noice (alarm sound) it makes can put you in more trouble.

If you do the following, the warning sound is not activated. You should just feel a tap on your wrist that the screen is being displayed and waiting for your response.

Press and hold the side button until the sliders appear, then drag the Emergency Call slider to the right.

Your Apple Watch calls the emergency services in your region—for example, 911. (In some regions, you may be required to press a keypad number to complete the call.)

Thank you for your advice, but dragging the right slider with your hands tied behind your back is not very convenient or possible at all. As I understand, the "Hold side button" setting on the Apple Watch is specifically designed to simplify calling Emergency services when your movements are restricted.

I understand that there are more specialized devices for the purpose. But Apple watch is just one step away from being a good Emergency SOS device.

Also, calling will also produce sounds which may cause more trouble.
