Change who is charged

I’m in a family and I keep getting charged for things like iCloud storage when I’m not the one who bought it. I’m not the organiser either and other family members have their cards linked too, so how do we change which one gets charged?

Apple charges from my ex wife's Apple ID My ex wife is making Apple purchases (Apple TV and storage) using her personal Apple ID but the charges are going to my credit card and neither of us can work out why it's happening as she appears to be using her own card on her account. Icloud+ storage. My mum has just paid for my iCloud+ storage ($4.99 200GB) But straight after was a charge of $7.99 that came out of her account. what is the $7.99 charge for if she’s only paying for my storage?

How can I find family member costs against our shared apple account? I set up a family account and the charges go against my credit card which is fine. But, I would like to know what those charges are for (what family members are buying on the account). When I look up how to do this, I am always sent to that "report a problem" page and when I follow that direction, I can find what my own charges are for. Great. But what about all the other charges from the family members? Short of signing into Apple as one of my family members (using their ID and password) - which would be a very bad practice - I can't figure out any way to do this. Can yanybody help? Thanks!

Cancel the subscription to iCloud that you have and have another Family Apple Card member purchase a subscription. You’ll also want to talk to the Family Apple Card organizer and see if they are sharing their iCloud. You could be paying for your own iCloud account. Canceling your iCloud account could result in a loss of data.
