Apple Ultra watch dissipates too much heat

I recently bought an Apple Ultra watch and I found that after bearing in my left hand for a week, I am having severe pain and swelling around my wrist which may be due to this watch. I did not get hurt on my left wrist or hand anywhere. Hardly I can do anything with my left wrist as it is still hurting. I also noticed that the Apple Ultra watch dissipates too much heat. After having these kinds of terrible issues, I just returned my watch to Apple.

Have anyone had any kinds of similar issues like me?

This would be considered as taking a survey.
