An app called Phonto stole my credit card info

I down loaded an app called Phonto.

it stole my credit card info and charged my $54.00. I’ve canceled my card.

I deleted the app only to find it still on my phone so I deleted it again. I don’t know if my phone is compromised still.

what should I do?!

I see two apps in the iOS App Store from different developers but with the same name. Which did you download & install?

When I tap the link to the developers' websites listed on each app's App Store page, both open legitimate websites, not something on Tumbler.

I've installed both of these apps on my iPhone and neither of them requires me to create an account to use them when I open them. Nor do I find anywhere to create an account in the Settings for either app.

I don't see anyone else reporting this issue with this app.

How would the app get your CC info?

Report the situation to your bank's CC fraud department.

Hi once the app was on my phone I clicked on it and it then asked me for credit card information to register my account. Once I clicked submit it opened up a window in safari and I was on a gaming site and within moments I received an email from my credit card company saying there was a charge to my credit card. For a gaming company.

Why don’t you try loading it y try on your phone and see?

I have screen shots to prove what I am saying.

i clicked on the contact link for the developer and it goes to a tumbler page advertising a font called hacked.
