Missing the settings in Apple Music

Hello, I'm trying to change the audio format of a recording I made in Voice Memo (mp4) to mp3 so I can upload it to a particular website. The instructions I found as I understand them say to go to Applications, Music, Settings and from there etc. The problem is, when I open the music app there is no settings menu option to be found and when I try searching for Settings it just brings up a band by that name.

Where do I find the actual settings that I need? I'm using Catalina on a MacBook Air.
