I have forgotten my admin password on my MacBook Pro and I can't reset it

I have forgotten my admin password on my MacBook Pro and I can't reset it and I don't have a recovery key either so I am stuck on recovery assistant page but nothing works

l can't reset using my Apple password either because I haven't got a choice. Please can someone advise. I've gone through every possible combination of keys whilst pressing the on / off button but nothing seems to work

Recovery Key is associated with an Apple ID and is not related to the macOS password.
