Related Article: If your Mac starts up to a question mark

The computer starts but stays in apple logo. I can bring the internet or the question mark. But when Itry to connect to internet it is still looping.

My MacBook Air suddenly stopped working, it was barely 1 year old. I started and after that, it just stuck in the apple logo. I can bring the page to connect to the internet or the page that shows a folder with a question mark, but I don't know what to do. I had a MacBook-pro with the same problem. But that was older so I gave up. I am getting very disappointed with Mac products. It is not good if it is not going to work properly even for one year after paying this much and then they cannot even provide a fix or credit in return!

Hi there!

If you see a screen to connect to Wi-Fi, that means your Mac is attempting to start Internet Recovery. Follow the on-screen steps to connect to Wi-Fi, and see if you can get to macOS Recovery.

If you need help accessing Internet Recovery, turn off your Mac, turn it on, then immediately press and hold these three keys until you see a spinning globe: Option, Command (⌘) and R.
