Code limit reached

I’ve tried everything so I can redeem my first free month of Apple Music and doesn’t work. Someone please help me fix this

Hi,

Have you previously redeemed a code for Apple Music? You get this message when you try to redeem a free subscription when you are either an existing subscriber or have previously redeemed the code.

If this is not the case, I suggest that you contact Apple Support.
