Hello Misunderstoo,
Being in a Family Share does not give access to your data or other accounts. Family Share, at the time being, can only be used to share subscriptions, purchases, and photos and you will (or he would need to) grant access to this sharing. He could not have gained access to your Google or other accounts, Family Share isn't capable of doing this.
The only way the above would be possible, is if he looked through your Passwords or if you had your passwords stored in Notes (or some other application) and he got them from there. I find this the most likely has you allowed him to use your phone.
Regardless, I recommend going through Safety Check to verify he has access to nothing else - How Safety Check on iPhone works to keep you safe - Apple Support.
If you need help with this I'd be more than happy to walk you through this step as well.
This will allow you to manage what you're sharing with people and applications and also allow you to see what devices are currently signed into your Apple ID. You will be able to remotely sign these devices out if he saved the password and logged into other devices.
This will only help your Apple ID and securing your Apple devices. I would recommend changing your Apple ID password and device passcodes.
You will need to contact Google support or support for the other accounts he was in / compromised
