i'm trying, several days in a row, to activate imessage/facetime. all i could get is an error that says "An error occured during activation. Try again" how can i solve it? i i've tried everything that can be find on internet

i'm trying, several days in a row, to activate imessage/facetime. all i could get is an error that says "An error occured during activation. Try again" how can i solve it? i've tried all that stuff with reset network settings, reboot device, reset all device settings, air plane mode, reconnect my cloud id, time zone. In few words, i've tried everything that can be find on internet, and i get the same result "An error occured during activation. Try again"
