I have two iCloud accounts operational I really need help. My iCloud suddenly became inactive for reason I don’t know, was able to create a new one. The problem is I can’t remove the old account from my iPad. How can I do that???

How can I unlock inactive Apple Account? How can someone active iCloud that’s is showing inactive and you’ve log out person can’t even sign in to check through the messages that’s enter to iCloud messages [Re-Titled by Moderator]
