Starting iPhone in Safe Mode : Removing Spyware from my iPhone 14 Pro running iOS 16.5.1

Hello, how do I start my iPhone in safe mode?

If this is not possible what are my options to remove this spyware?

I have tried running Anti-Virus and malware removal software, but it is not helping.\
