My iPhone that I’m using here says it’s deactivated. Why is that?

Why is my phone deactivated? It says android phone. It’s not an android phone. This is my iPhone 11. I always use.?z

Does the phone actually say deactivated or by chance is the word disabled? If the phone is disabled, it means you or someone entered the wrong passcode too many time and now the phone has to be erased using a computer with iTunes (Windows) or Finder (Mac). If the phone is disabled, see the directions in this link --> If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support
