Apple One Family Sharing

Why can’t my family use Apple Music even though it’s available on the Apple One plan.

Hello Ryneco,


Can you please confirm:

  1. You are indeed the one who bought the Apple One plan and are currently subscribed to it.
  2. You have bought either the Apple One Family or Premier plan.


If both of the above are yes,


  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap Your Name (Apple ID)
  3. Tap Subscriptions


Make sure Share with Family is toggled on under Options.


Additionally,


  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap Family
  3. Tap Subscriptions


Make sure everything is being shared.


  1. Share Apple and App Store subscriptions with family members on iPhone - Apple Support
  2. Add a family member to your shared subscriptions - Apple Support
