I shut off family sharing because my daughter … anyway now when I go to settings and click on my Apple ID nothing happens. I don’t go to my account, iCloud or subscriptions etc. My daughter set things up on her old phone and I’m thinking everything is shared, but why won’t it let me go back to my account to turn family sharing back on?
Yes I tried shutting down my phone. In settings my name was grey, and tapping was unresponsive. I fixed this issue by shutting off screen time in settings as suggested by someone else.
