Series 7 watch tracking only minutes
my watch is only tracking minutes in my workouts but not any other data in both the pool swim or outdoor walk. Turning watch on and off didn’t seem to help between my swim and my walk.

If your Apple Watch doesn't seem to be tracking your workouts as expected, you'll first want to try calibrating your watch using these steps: Calibrate your Apple Watch for improved Workout and Activity accuracy - Apple Support
