Credit report-apple pay later

I just got approved for $1000. Does it get reported the to the credit bureaus if I get approved and don’t use it. I don’t want it to show up as a new account with no length of credit on it. That would hurt my score. Length of credit is 15% of your credit score and an account with 4 weeks would not look good.

Apple Pay Later I not a credit card or associated with a credit card. It can not be paid with a credit card. It’s a form of installment loan.

The approval process is a soft pull from Experian using a new scoring process. Apple says that upon payoff of the loan it >might< be reported. It will not affect your utilization.
