Apple ID and Subscriptions

I have 2 Apple IDs. The first one is under my gmail address and is where all the content I've purchased over the years resides and is where Apple Services and Subscriptions are billed. The second is under my @me.com address and is associated with all my devices and is where all my iCloud data reside. When I recently extended my AppleCare subscription for my iPhone it was billed to my @me.com account. I could see the amount being charged to my credit card but couldn't see it from Settings-MyName-Subscriptions since that was logged into my Gmail Apple ID so I couldn't cancel the subscription. I finally figured out how to sign out of my Gmail ID and into my @me.com ID to cancel the subscription but I can't reverse the process and get back to my Gmail ID account and therefore can't access any of my content or manage payments and subscriptions associated with the Gmail ID. I'm still logged into the Gmail ID on my iPad and Mac but cannot access anything from my phone. I'm stumped.

Hello Tim_D1225,

Thank you for reaching out to Apple Support Communities, and we'll be happy to help in any way we can. We understand you're having issues with signing into your Apple ID. We recommend following the steps here to sign in with your Apple ID: Sign in with your Apple ID - Apple Support

"Sign in on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap Sign in to your [device].
  3. On iPhone, sign in to your Apple ID in the Settings app
  4. Enter your Apple ID and password.
  5. If prompted, enter the six-digit verification code sent to your trusted device or phone number and complete sign in.

If you're already signed in to iCloud on the iPhone paired with your Apple Watch, you will automatically be signed in to that Apple ID. Learn more about how to set up and sign in to your Apple Watch."

If you're receiving an error message or are still unable to sign in, please post back with what happens when you try to sign in or any error messages that you receive so that we can help you out.

We hope this helps.

Cheers!
