SIM card locked

My SIM card is locked and I don’t have mobile network on my phone. I can only use my phone when I have available Wi-Fi . I can’t make or receive regular calls as a result of this problem. What can I do?

You will have to contact your carrier for s SIM unlock. If you enter the wrong SIM code too many times it will require a PUK code unlock. That one also is only available from the carrier. If you enter the wrong PUK code too many times, it will require a SIM card replacement.

This usually happens when you use a SIM PIN code and enter the wrong code too many times, but the carrier does have the ability to lock the SIM from their network also.
