How do I deactivate iCloud Mail's junkmail filtering?
All I can find so far is how to mark certain senders as safe, and that sure doesn't work. Now I need to shut that filtering off at least temporarily so I can explore other filtering options.

Again, how do I change this on a Windows machine? Or an iPad, or iPhone? That is, without having to buy a Mac just to adjust my email settings?
Then is there an Apple Mail application for Windows? I switch platforms based on work, and my current studio is Windows based.
