Lost my subscriptions after changing country

Dear Team,


I have changed my location/ country to Luxembourg and have lost all of my subscription overviews, now an app did renew and I cannot cancel it and I'm missing a general overview over all of my subscriptions.

Actually you cannot change country settings until you have canceled your subscriptions and let them expire, so you must have done this yourself.

On an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

1. Open the Settings app.

2. Tap your name.

3. Tap Subscriptions.

Hi Limnos,


I do not understand. Same thing just happened to me. Everything I see says that I have a different country associated to my Apple ID while old subscriptions are still ongoing but not visible anymore.

  • Can see in the app that the subscription is ongoing and will only expire in a few months.
  • At the same time I cannot see the subscription anymore in the settings/app store of my iPhone.


Grateful for any advice how to reconcile this.
