How to check the status of refund?

I have ordered an iwatch and opted for store pickup, however due to some reason I could not goto store to pick it up and order was cancelled. Apple site is showing that refund is processed but I have not received the refund in my card.

The article linked above your username shows that the refund is linked to the payment methods and how that affects time for the refund to be credited. Depending on method, it can take up to thirty days.


You are not asking Apple here but your fellow end users. If you need further information or an official answer, you need to contact Apple Suport with the order number ready. Apple will not see you issue here.
