Green blur effect below my iPhone 11 Pro when I take a picture in a dark place with my flash on

i noticed that any time I take a selfie with my front camer on my 11 pro in a very dark place and I use my front camera flash light i notice a green blur below the photo at the left corner

this happens when I use my front flash it’s more visible in darker places and snap chat makes it more visible please how do I solve this
