Emoji button is off the side of the screen and doesn't work

After I updated to iOS 16.5.1 my emoji button is half off the screen and it won't let me click it. I have checked my Zoom settings and these were already off. This is the only solution I can find online.

iOS emoji keyboard reorganizes while typing Since iOS 18, the emoji keyboard reorganizes while typing (instead of after, in the background). Very irritating. Is there a fix? (Also, why isn’t there a separate emoji button like on Gboard?).

Frequently Used Emojis button missing I have been having this issue for quite some time (months, maybe a year), but when i respond to a text from the lock screen, my "Frequently Used Emojis" button is not available, if you open up the text after unlocking the iPhone, it is there. I'd say about 3-5% of the time the button is available when replying from the lock screen. Not sure when it started exactly, but after every iOS update, I hoped it would fix the problem, but it's still a problem

Same thing this time with 16.6.1. Hard restart doesn’t change it

Does not work, i have the same problem and a force restart aint fixing it. Is there any other option?
