hi I was gonna see how can I remove my MDM account on my iPad because I just bought this and I can’t update it

The presence of a management profile indicates that the device is centrally managed (and likely owned) by an Enterprise or Educational establishment. Devices that are configuration locked by an MDM platform can usually only be released from central management by the platform that manages the device. Be aware that Apple will not assist with removal of management profiles.
Unless you are lucky - and have the option to delete the profile from iPad Settings - you’ll need to seek assistance directly from the System Administrator who manages the device.

Return the iPad to wherever it was purchased for refund.

Having an MDM account means the iPad was previously owned and not properly cleansed by the former owner. You require the former owner’s assistance to thoroughly cleanse the iPad or it will remain useless forever.
