Yes. You can add the same Visa card to more than one Apple ID which in turn holds an Apple Music subscription.
You cannot have more than one Apple Music subscription on a single Apple ID.
Also, if you use Family Sharing, you can both share a single subscription, or pay for individual subscriptions from other family members, which seems a bit unnecessarry when you can share a single subscription.
