Hello Suestace,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. Since your Apple Watch is unresponsive, a restart will be the best step to try. If you haven't tried the following which is from Restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support, try that at this time. If you have an earlier watchOS version, check out the full article.

"How to restart your Apple Watch if you have watchOS 9

  1. If your Apple Watch is charging, take it off the charger.
  2. Press and hold the side button until you see the power button  in the upper-right corner of the display.
  3. Tap the power button.
  4. Drag the Power Off slider.
  5. After your watch turns off, press and hold the side button again until you see the Apple logo."

If that doesn't help, force restarting which is also mentioned in the same article may be best. Then, if no change, your Apple Watch may require service. Reach out to Get Support for direct help from Apple.

Take care.
