I want to delete the expired subscription for the apps which still showing on my iPhone. I really need to delete them as I have the privacy concern. How can I do that? My app that was purchased is already deleted from the phone but the subscription I purchased for the is showing in subscriptions list. I have to remove it anyways.

That is absolutely the incorrect way to deal with a privacy concern. The correct way is to assure that each and every person, regardless of age, has her/his own, unique Apple ID.
If that were true, only you would be able to see any subscriptions, expired or not.

As far as I know, there is no way to delete expired subscriptions from your iPhone. However, you can hide them from your list of subscriptions.
I understand. However, this is a another level of privacy and I should have the capability to hide those expired subscriptions.
How can I hide them?
