Migration problems

Trying to migrate Info All Users to a New mMacBookAir from an kind of old MacBook 13"

Did process once and it stopped halfway, connection problems, even though WiFi is Solid and Stable.

After talking to Apple, tried again and same thing.

Will try connecting the Old one to Ethernet, it seems is the one that's loosing connection (guess).

Any suggestions?

Thanks a Lot.

Hi there!

Connecting both Macs together using an Ethernet cable may result in a faster migration, and could solve the issue you're seeing. If you need an Ethernet adapter for the new Mac, The Belkin USB-C to Gigabit Ethernet Adapter - Apple would work well.

Alternatively, if you had a Time Machine backup of your old Mac, you could restore that backup to your new Mac: Restore your Mac from a backup - Apple Support.
