I’ll do not want to hide my email address any longer how do I un-hide my main email address?

Hide My Email is not a feature that can be toggled on / off. If you do not want to use Hide My Email, just give you real email out instead of the Hide My Email address.
I would personally advise against this however. Hide My Email is the best way of, well, hiding your email! If someone does not know your real email they can only spam the Hide My Email address (not your personal one). If they start spamming the Hide My Email address, just deactivate it and create another one for the service.
