This page can help provide information on how to find apps within the App Library on your device: Find your apps in App Library on iPhone - Apple Support
The App Library will show all installed apps to the device. If you locate the desired app you may press and hold on it, and then drag it out of the App Library to the desired location on the Home Screen.
If it's not installed or found in the App Library you may try searching for it in the App Store and re-download it from there.
