Earbud not syncing

My Jabra wireless earbuds connected to my iPhone X but they don’t sync with my iPhone 12. How can I tell if they’re compatible?

Hello Weedpuller5,

Since you know they connect to your iPhone X, you will first want to make sure you've completely disconnected them from that iPhone before trying to pair them with the other one.

  1. Go to Settings > Bluetooth.
  2. Tap the 'i' icon next to your Jabra headphones.
  3. Tap "Forget This Device".
  4. Tap Forget Device again.

Then, try to pair them to your iPhone 12. If they still won't pair, walk through the steps in the article linked here: If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone or iPad

Reply back with how it goes or if you have any additional questions.

Take care.
