Hi
I would like to remove my picture in the E-Mail Header. It appears always, when I send an E-Mail. I already changed my picture in icloud, removed my own contact in the contact list but nothing helps. The old picture stays in the e-mail header.

Are you using Apple's built-in mail app or some other?
I too can find no way to add a pic to Mac mail other than an attachment.
Sorry but have looked and looked for My User Avatar in " E-Mail Header ".
Can not find it anywhere
