That's not technically possible. An iPhone 6 or 6+ cannot support iOS versions past 12.5.7.

If you have an iPhone 6 – like the original poster – you can't run iOS 13 or later. The latest version of iOS 12 (currently iOS 12.5.7) is the end of the line.
