This is completely dependent on the type of email account you're using.

There's two main types of email protocols that email providers use, POP and IMAP.

If your mail provider is using POP, the emails are downloaded directly to each device and are managed from there. This makes it generally not possible for them to delete across devices, as that information isn't generally synced back to the email server.

If your mail provider is using IMAP, this protocol always has a "live" connection with the mail server. Any changes such as deleting would be seen by all devices, since it is essentially viewing messages from the email server with this protocol.

You'd want to confirm if your email provider uses the IMAP protocol, and if so, set up the email account on the devices and configure it as an IMAP account, not POP.
