Remove up/down arrows from Mail and show Mailbox (Ventura)

Hi all,

I recently upgraded to Ventura. I work on a 15" MacBook Pro. I would like to remove the "up/down" arrows from the email bar. I want to be able to see the other columns easily on the screen.

Also, is it possible to have the mailbox where the email resides show? I was in Mojave. I run a business from this machine and have 4 accounts on here.

I have an injury (from years of clicking) and need to limit scrolling and clicking.
