hiya, HOW is this even possible. I apparently have 6.22TB of documents and data, but I’ve deleted all but a few needed voice memos and still have this issue. How do I solve it it’s slowing my phone right up and I have no space to update my iOS

In order to try and update the device, see if removing other data from the device from other apps/content is able to help free up storage. Updating can then ensure the device has the latest improvements applied to see if the visual issue with the 'Documents & Data' goes away after that.
This page's "If there's not enough space to update" section can help provide some suggestions for freeing storage up: If your iPhone or iPad won't update - Apple Support
If there isn't enough space to download and install an update, the software on your device will try to make space. It will remove only app data that it can download again and doesn't remove or relocate any of your data. If your device still doesn't have enough space, you can use your computer to update your device.
If you can't connect your device to your computer, you can make room for the update by removing content and apps on your device that you don't use. Go to Settings > General > [Device name] Storage.
