You will need to borrow a friend's computer with iTunes on it or a Mac with Finder, or take it to an Apple store where they can hopefully help you.
By the way, there is no iPod Touch nano. Either it is an iPod Touch or an iPod nano. See Identify your iPod model - Apple Support
