Effects on text messages

Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

• Press and quickly release Volume UP button
• Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
• Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF). 

See whether the above action resolves the issue.

To my knowledge the Dynamic Island is at the top of the screen. The Text Message effects come up by holding down the send button. I don’t see the problem.

I can’t help from here. On my phone the bubble texts show lower than where the island is. However, I don’t have an iPhone 14 Pro, so I don’t know what else to say.
