REP Display coating (MBPr) issue in MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015)

My device anti reflective is gone and not properly visible in lighting and got to know its part of apple program to support this model for manufacturing defect. Please let me know if i can still get this covered under apple free program.

No, the secret free repair program was reported to only allow coverage for up to four years after purchase. You are well beyond four years at this point. Plus the 2015 laptop is now considered "Vintage", so repairs are only possible as long as the necessary part is still available.
