Notifications

I’m facing an issue with my notifications as I’m not receiving any notifications on the lock screen from any application although my notifications and applications settings are on . Whenever I open the application I receive the message . It’s really weird my settings are all switched on and I checked many times. My focus is not in “do not disturb “ mode or sleeping or anything . It’s annoying some of the notifications are really important

Hello Mohamaddr16,

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities. We're happy to look into this with you.

We do understand how important your notifications are and how much they are relied upon. It does sound as though you've done a good job checking your settings to make sure that everything is good on that end. Is your iPhone running iOS 16.5.1? If you haven't yet installed it, it'd be a good idea to backup your device and install it now. Many times, these supplemental updates can fix issues you've noticed in your current iOS version.

Have you tried turning your notifications off, restarting your iPhone, and then turning them back on to see if that helps? If not, give that a try and see how it goes.

Settings > Notifications- select an affected app, disable notifications, restart your iPhone, and then reenable Notifications and see if there's any change.

Best regards.
