How do I find out who my account recovery person is

My Apple account was hacked by a person I thought was a friend. He’s social engineered me, and stole my Apple account on several occasions. He did this as recently as April of this year and I have no idea how he did it because he never had my phone in his hands but nonetheless, I found a profile on like the community thing where you answer questions and you get points or something well, I never did that because I don’t know anything about Apple but he did so. It says that I have an account recovery person but I never set one up and I made an account recovery key instead but now it says I have an account recovery person and an account key. How the heck do I remove the person cause I don’t even know who they are can someone please help me
