I'm trying to edit the Get Info for various CD albums in Music 1.0.6.10 / macOS Catalina 10.15.7. After I make a change (e.g., edit the album name) a green check shows and I click OK. When I reopen Get Info the changes are not there. What can I do to fix this?

Thank you for your reply. I figured out the root cause of my problem: the audio file was moved from its original location so the music app could not find the file with its meta data. The fix was to tell the app the new location (path). Afterwards, the changes to metadata saved.

Right. Such files should show an exclamation mark after an attempted edit indicating they are not where they are expected to be.
