A couple of things

How do you change the order of channels in the mixer when you are on the All tab?

I've imported a project from someone else and the order in All view is all over the place and very confusing.

Plus I have channels in the All list that are not in a folder but do not show up when I go to the Tracks tab,

How do I get these channels to show up in the Tracks view?

You can’t change their order in the “All” mixer view. You can in the “Tracks” view, only.

You can create tracks in your track window from mixer channels by pressing CTRL + T.

In Key Command Assignments, the relevant command in “Create Tracks for Selected Channel Strips” - in case you wanted to modify that, or bind it to a control surface, etc.
