Voicemail

My iphone 13 pro max with latest software won’t let me save a custom greeting. How do I fix this. I have had nothing but problems since IOS 16. My phone doesn’t ring at all, and it doesn’t auto-backup. Can anyone help with these problems? Also it defaults to a secondary phone but that’s the same number as my primary because I only have one phone!
