how to access system preferences

When I click on the Apple in the top-left corner, there is no System Prefs option, only System Settings. When I click on Finder>Applications, there is no System Prefs. Where do I find it? Thanks

Starting in macOS Ventura, System Settings is the replacement for System Preferences.
