Phone being accessed by someone/something else

Is anyone else experiencing issues where it seems that someone else is using your phone for various activities. For example, apps (pages, keynote, garage band, were “purchased” in the app store (free) and added to my phone. I never did this.

apple watch, wallet, and voice recordings were used and contained material. I do not have an apple watch and never opened the other 2. When trying to delete the apple watch, it asked if i wanted to delete all apple watch stuff on different devices. It wouldnt let me delete anything. (I will attach screenshot if i can. )

Wallet notification constantly pops up reminders to finish setting up apple wallet. Also dis this with siri.

i received an e mail from apple support that said “ information in this e mail was sent to your vpn. I never used a vpn or even know how to set one up.

i also noticed that there are some strange things being installed to my phone, found in the privacy and security settings logs. Backboardd something, and something giving siri more control.

i tried explainig to apple but they keep assuring me these things just cannot happen. I am not imagining these things. There is more. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

If you feel an unauthorized person/app is remotely using, controlling or monitoring your device, then that is possible only if you have done one or more of the following Don'ts...

  1. Don't hand over an iPhone to kids or to a stranger without Enabling Guided Access
  2. Don't share Apple IDs
  3. Don't Jailbreak
  4. Don't share sensitive information pertaining to your device
  5. Don't give in to Phishing
  6. Don't plug in your device in Airports and Public places through third-party cables and trust the device. Beware of Juice Jacking. (Especially in India)
  7. Don't leave your iPhone unlocked and unattended in public places like offices, schools, malls, etc.

If one of the above is true then quickly change the Apple ID Password and Return iPhone settings to their defaults.

Thank you for the information. I have done none of those things that you listed. This is really starting to compromise my overall health and lifestyle worrying about this. I am not getting e mails at times, which is making my occupational setting difficult. I disabled sync and backup on i cloud and went to sign out, when i clicked on sign out without saving the pop up said saving data to cloud/apple id.

when i looked in apple wallet, there were options to buy train passes in mainland china, and a few for Japan. II live in the USA
