Hi,

my mum bought her iPhone 14 a few days ago from jb hifi, however she’s wanting to return it and get the bigger size one. She has already opened the box and used it, would the Apple Store be able to return it so she can buy the bigger iPhone 14 even though she bought it from another store?

Yes, per Apple return policy, you have 14 days (from the date of purchase, according to the receipt/invoice released from an official Apple Store in your country) to return it and ask for a full refund.
