How to create 800 x 800 pixcel photos ffrom iPhone photo

Can someone provide a "fool proof" way to create a 800 x 800 pixel photo for e-commerce use from an iPhone photo on the mac?

iphone to icloud photo to pc Hallo, I noticed that if i download photos from icloud.com as originals i get .heic with 3024x4032pixel 32 bit and movies with the best resolution but i lose all postproduction made on iphone and the bokhe in portrait mode photos. If i download photos as better compatibility files i get jpg with 1536x2048px 32 bit and i still have all post production done on my phone. Video from .mov to mp4 with a lot less resolution or quality. Is there a way to put on my pc photos as the best resolution but with al postproduction preserved and video at 4k ? i'am working hard to find a great workflow since i'm a photographer and i manage tons of pictures. On the Mac open the iPhone photo in Photos, after you transferred it to your Mac, for example with iCloud Photos or downloading it from the iPhone

If the photo is not square, crop it to square with the Crop tool.
Then use the command "File > Export > Export ... photo".
In the export dialog set the size to "Custom" and select a width of 800.
